The Council of the -City of Palo Alto met on this date at 8 p. m. pursuant to adjournment of September 15, 1924, with mayor pro tem Jordan presiding. Roll call as follows: Present:' Bertsche, Cooley, Duveneck, Basterday, Bobart, Jordan, iausten, Williams, Ping Absent Blair, : Cathcart, Cottrell, liLend.enha11, Terwilliger, Thoits.
