regular session onthis date at 8 p. m. with Mayor Cathcart
presiding. Roll eall as follower

Absent: Bair, Cooley, tobart, Terwilliger,
Williams.
The minutes of the meetings of Apr i? 14 and . 28,
and May 5, 1924 were approved as read.
Petition as to Charming Avenue.
A petition was received from Shelomitr ±owe and
others asking that the sidewalk line now in place on Charming
avenue between Guinda street and Addison avenue remain as at
present.
On motion of wing and shoits the petition was
referred to Committee $1, the board of Public 'corks and the Cit;
Attorney, to report
A recommendation was received from the board of
'ublic'' Works ghat'. pl,71O.00 be appropriated from the water and
sewer bond' fund for the construction. or an additional water main
to .the, high School" build inp. Dr. H. B. Reynolds of the high
Sohool..oard.,.of Trustees addressed the Council. On motion of
Wing''' -and .Thoit:8, the matter was referred to Committees fl and `4
and -the Attorney to report.

A recommendation was received ,from the Board of
