company requesting .permission for-- the Spring Valley Water eojmpany
to temporarily pump water from one or more wells along the bay
shore, the water so -garaged to be used to relieve a scarcity of
supply existingin the Hear . (ul.ch service.
On motion of Wing : and., Mendenhall the Board of
iubl 1.c 'Works and the City, Attorney -were empowered • to enter into
an agreement co:nsentth 7the~. temporary pumping from said wells,
provided such consent does. not jeopardize any of the city' s
interests, nor interfere in any war with its injunction..
