Claims Allowed.
A report was received from the City assessor concern-
ing errors and over -charges on tax bills for 1,:/2b-1926.
.Metter was read from ors. ;7. H. Cokely requesting
a refund of , 4.50 for automobile tax sne paid, as sr..e was
entitled to exemption because of the war service of her husband.
On motion of Cooley and Zelly, this claim was allowed.
On Motion of Thoits and Cooley, the following tax
refunds were approved, the amount necessary to pay these refunds
to be taken from the contingent fund:
