Cottrell The resignation of Councilman E. A. Cottrell 'was received and laid before the Council, his reason being ths.t this was eaused by necessary continued absence from the city. By motion of Thee, and. Mendenhall, it was unanimously decided that the resignation would not be accepted and Councilman Cottrell vats granted a leave of absence until September 1,, 1926. .
