The City. Clerk informed the Council that;. tke following citizens .had been. Dominated for election to the City Council for the "six year. term. Sanrnel G. Bonn, I. I. Cathcart, • A. C. 1 obart, Z. C. T Colts. and tirs.. Margaret Thomas, and that the ,following ^.ad been nominated for the four-year term: W. R. Zelly. Conce;trine Contracts for Sewers A letter was •read from the Board. of Public Works approving the .report of the City Engineer recommending that the contract 'for the construction of storm water sewers:. be given to the Oakland Sewer Construction Company, whose bid was the lowest bid and totaled. 431,356-.26. The Board of Works also informed the Council that it had awarded. the: contract for the .construction of sanitary sewers to the Oakland Sewer Construction Company, whose bid was the lowest and totaled 423„12Z.64. Resolution :3.412 Passed. On motion of Thoite and Easterday, Resolution No. 41.2 awarding thecontract for the construction of stoma water sewers to the Oakland ;Sewer Construction Company at their bid. of 431,356.26 was passed by unanimous vote o.a roll call.
