at 7:30 p. m., pursuant to adjournment of January 13, 1930, with
Mayor Christensen presiding. ding. Roll call as follows:

A written protest -filed by .Louise and Emile Fixes
was read. „Mr. Prank L. Crist, attorney for Mr. and Mrs .. FI :es,
addressed the'Council on behalf of his clients, suggesting a` plan
forthe street which,..would be. satisfactory to them, this plan
taking,, only' three feet of the.Fixes property instead of ten feet
as in the plan previously adopted. r,Rrs . Eulalia S tromquist
and gr . Fixes also addressed the Council on this .matter.

A report was presented from the Planning Commission
recommending that the setback line. on Addison Avenue on the
property of N. S. and E., ,A. Al Berton be changed as follows: Prom
