Street,' Cedar Street, Charing Avenue; : urant Avenue, 'Harker
Avenue, Hopkins Avenue , Marlowe Street:, Palo Alto Avenue, Pine
Street and Ruthven Avenue.
Written protests, were received from J. S. Cone
and. others protesting against- the paving of Hopkins Avenue at
this time, the pratestaxits representing .68a : feet of frontage
cut of a total frontage . of. 1250 ,ou the property owners' side of
the street (the other side of Hopkins Avenue facing R i.xac °nada'.

the protests against paving Bopkir.s Avenue were sustained.
A petition was received from : J. W. Miner and others
against the . paving pf Tine Street . representing 935 feet " of

was overruled.
