Election Ordinance
The special order of the day was consideration of
the ordinance calling the,:. municipal election to be held on May 11,
1931. Ordinance" No. •529, providing, for a iriunicipal election
for the„ purpose of "electing seven, councilmen as 'ziembersof the '
Council of the City of "Palo Alto, was read, a.nd on motion of
3ertsc:e and Thoi.ts was passed brlirlanitious vote on roll calla.
On motion of Mitchell ` and. Mosher, the City Clerk

Times and Palo Alto News sho rin;g." the; 8. precincts and polling
places .for t-ie electian. Upon the suggestion o±' ,the City
=attorney, on motion of Lausten'and Bertsche , it was directed that
