called to order on , this date at 7:30 p.m., by the City Clark,
The Clerk announced that in the absence of the Mayor he
would call for the appointment of a Zayor pro tern.
Councilman Collins was appointed and took the chair as
Mayor pro tem. On roll call the following were present er
Christensen, +';ol,l.in , L usten. The following were
absent , Cathcart, Evans, ehnson, Judson, Kelly, Mitchell,
Mosher,. Stephens, Thoits, Thoma::,. Wood.
The Chairman stated, that a quorum was not present.
It wasmoved: by "Austen, seconded by Bertsche, ard carried
by unanimou ;v vote of those present that the Council
