The City Attorney reported that, because of the fact -eat a short time before the consideration of this lease he had teen consulted professionally by the Associated Air Services on .:other matter, he had advised, the Board of 1"dorks to have the lease examined. by ` another attorney of, their own choosing, and that the Board r1.d chosen to have Judge Joan' E.
