Certificate on 'Palo Alto aospital The City Attorney presented a Certificate' required by Section _2466," of the Civil Code relating to the operation of the Palo Alto Hospital,and explained that a question had been raised as to who was operating the hospital in connection with suits riled to collect certain delinquent hospital bills. He askea that the Mayor an City Clerk be authorized to execute this certificate on behalf of the City. The matter was discusses and on motion of Thomas and Mitchell, the Mayor was authorized to appoint a special committee of councilmen to consider this certificate.
