Schneider protesting .against the extension of the business zone, and stated that he protested on his own behalf against the rezoning. Mr. Whieeler., suggested to. the Council that consideration be given to making . a buffer zone, such as a park area, between the business and residential zones, and that, if business is extended, ` proper provision be made for _parking and for the opening of alleys.
