a proposed, buffer park plan between Middlefield Road and Fulton
Street. on University Avenue, which is now being studied b�;'the

be extended to Middlefield Road.

on bicycles.

enforcement of such an :ord4wince was brought up. Chairman
Roberts o+ the -Board .of Safety read a 'letter from the Board of
Education: in regard to ,this matter and Councilman Goddard
advised 'that the, schools expect to ,co +rate with the police
department in the ,;enforcement of:'bi cycle regulations through
the organization :of a bicycle patrol group.

The: Mayor ` announced that there would be some . expense
involved in the celebration and dedication ceremonies; that
the amount was not yet;- determined, but that more information
concerning the program- and :,expense would be available by the
February 'meeting of the Council.
