Airpprt O eration •A reement Palo ATto anta 6""Cara ,ount and San Mateo Count The City' Manager advised that no action has as yet been taken by the legislature in regard to the proposed boundary line changes between, Santa.; Clara and San Mateo Counties. He presented airport agreements which had been prepared, one between Palo Alto and the two counties and one between Palo Alto and San Mateo County, pursuant to the Council's instructions to the staff on January 14, 1963, and explained the provisions contained in the agreements. It was :moved by Byxbee, seconded and carried by a majority voice vote that the Mayor be authorized and directed to execute- the agreements, as prepared. Claims for --Damages (Morrison) rr - The City Attorney reported that a claim had been filed with the City' Clerk' on January 2 1, 1963 by Helen K. Morrison, 1166 Cuesta Drive, Mountain View, in the sum of $106.87 for damage to her automobile when leaving a parking lot at 908 industrial Avenue Novernber 29, 1962. 0 e'sta.ted that from investigation he had, concluded, that the claim is not a proper, charge against the City and recommend that the claim be rejected in its entirety. He also stated he had been informed by Travelers Insurance Company that it also had denied the claim. {hxrxiotion made by 13yxbee, seconded by Marshall, and unanimously carried, the City Attorney's recommendation was accepted and the claim rejected it its entirety.
