The Council of the City of Palo Alto met in a Special Meeting on
this date at 7:35 p. m. with Mayor Dias presiding.
Present: Arnold, Cooley, Debs, Dias, Rohrs
Absent: Beahrs, Comstock, Flint, Pearson, Rue,
Sher, Woodward, Worthington
Adjournment
Councilman Arnold suggested the absence of a quorum.
MOTION: Councilman Arnold moved, seconded by Cooley, to
adjourn.
The motion carried on majority voice vote.
The Council adjourned at 7:38 p. m.
