The Council of the City of Palo Alto met Ln a Special Meeting on
this date at 8:00 p. rn. with Mayor Dias presiding.
Present: Arnold, Cooley, Dias, Rohrs
Absent: Beabrs, Comstock, Dabs, Flint, Pearson.
Rua, Sher; Woodward, Worthington
Quorum
Mayor Dias requested that the Minutes show that in anticipation
of a quorum being present, she had delayed 30 minutes in
calling to order the meeting which had been called for 7:30 p. m.
There was no ohjectiop.
.Adjournment
Cou:xcitman Arnold moved, seconded by Cooley, to adjourn the
meeting to 7:30 p. m. on November 7, 1966. The motion carried
unanimously by voice vote.
The Council adjourned at 8:02 p. rn.
