The City Council of the City of Palo Alto met at 7:00 p.m. on this
date in Executive Session, in an adjourned meeting of July 22, 1974.
Present: Beahrs, Berwald, Clay, Norton,
Comstock, Henderson; Pearson,
Rosenbaum
Absent: Sher
Also Present: City Attorney, Robert K. Booth
City Manager, George A. Sigel.
Discussions took place concerning the City Lager and hie prerogatives.
In addition, the salaries of the four Council. --appointed officers
were discussed.
The adjourned meeting of July 22, 1974 was adjourned at 10:45 p.m.
on July 23, 1974.
