The City Council of the City of Palo Alto met on this date at
7:30 p.m. in a Special Meeting, with Vice Mayor Pearson presiding.
Present: Mehra, Berwald, Clay, Comstock (arrived 7:50 p.m.),
Henderson, Norton, Pearson, Rosenbaum, Sher
Absent: None
State of the Cit - Presentation by City Manager Georo_L_Elpel
City Manager George A. Sipel presented his State of the City address,
a copy of which is available for review in the City Clerk's office.
Executive Session
The Council adjourned to an Executive Session to discuss personnel
matters at 8:40 p.m.
Adjournment
The meeting adjourned at 10:00 p.m.
