The City Council of the City of Palo Alto met in an adjourned Special
Executive $eetion op this date at 9:00 p.m. for the purpose of discussing
the foothills litigation.
Present: Bseahrs, Berwald, Carey, Clay, Comstock,
Byerly, Norton, Sher, Witherspoon
Absent: None
City Attorney Robert K. Booth, Jr. was also present to discuss the
litigation with Council.
