A Special Executive Session of the City Council was called for
8:00 rim. Sunday, June 29, 1975, in the personnel conference
room, to discuss personnel natters.
Notice of this meeting was given 3:00 p.m., Saturday, June 28, 1975,
by the City Clerk, to the Palo Alto Times, San Jose Mercury, and
IKZSU radio station.
Present: Beahrs, Clay, Rosenbaum
Absent: Berwald, Comstock, Henderson,
Norton, Pearson, Sher
Also Present: Councilnembers--elect Fred Eyerly and
Scott Carey
There being no quorum, City Manager George Sipel, City
Attorney Robert Booth, Assistant City Manager Charles
Walker, and Personnel Director Jay Rounds talked informally
with those present; and no actions were taken.
The meeting was adjourned 9:30 p.m.
