RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TREASURER TO PURCHASE BONDS
The Council or the City of Palo Alto DO RESOLVE as follows:
That W. C. Cobb, City Treasu1·er, be and he 1e hereby
authorized to purchase on. December 15, 1949, from ?ifeaars.
Hannaford & Talbott of San Franc1aco, California, Palo Alto
Street Improvement Bonds, Ser1ee IJ., having a par value or
$9,682.21; eai.d purchase to be made at par, plus accrued :tn
terest or $105.87. The bonds so purchased are to be held by
the City Treasurer in lieu of cash for the Dixon Fund.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly introduced and yassed at a regular meeting of the
Council or the City of Palo Alto held on Monday, the 12th
day or December, 1949, by the following vote:
Bentrott, Blois, Bolander, Cashel, Cathcart, Freedman,
AYES: Gaspar, Hill, Linder, Merner, Mitchell, Montrouil,
Morten, Wickett.
NOES: None •.
.ABSENT: Bo~'lden.
