RESOLVED, by the City Council Of the City Of Palo Alto,
Santa Clnr.u County, California, that
WHEREAS, an assessment and diagram was made and !'iled with
the Clerk of said City all pursuant to Resolution of Intention No.
1833 adopted by the City Council on Marer. 28, 1949, and the prov1s10,1s
of Article V of the Palo Alto Improvement Procedure Code, b~ing
Ordinance No. 844 of said City, adop·ted January 13, 1941, and said
assessment was confirmed by said Council on Aprj.l 12, 1949, and
recorded ln the office or the Su~erintendent or Streets of said Clty
on Ma~r 25, 1949; and
WHEREAS, a certain lot or po.reel of land. upon which there
is an unpaid assessment against which bonds have been issued under
the prov1s1ons of Part 4 of Article IV of ~aid Procedu~e Code, has
been divided so that 1t no longer conforms to the or161nal parcel
boundaries as shown on oa1d assessment and in the Auditor's record
thereof;
NOW, THE:REFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that
1. The City Engineer shall ce.use to be prepared and i'lled
with the City Clark a report and diagram of amended assessment of
the lot nnd parcel so divided, said parcel being designated as Assessment Number 286.
2. That the unpaid 1nstallmentn of said original assess -
ment shall be segregated and apportioned in accc~dance with the
benefits to the several portions of the original lot or parcel and
the total amount of the assessments of the several portions of the
original lot or parcel shall be equal tC' the unpaid assessments
upon said original lot or parcel of land.
I hereby certify '!;hat the foregoing resolut:Lon was duly
and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of P&~~ Alto,
California, at a meeting t~3reof held on the 28th day of November
1949, by the following vote:
