(b) A strip of land along the northwest side of Greer Road, 30 feet wide, from Rt:1.milton Avenue to Channing Avenue, to widen said road to 60 feet. ( c) A strip or land a 1.ong the northerly side of Cha.'."ming Avenue, approximately 5 feet wide, from Lot 13, Block 185 .• Crescent Park Addition, to Greer Road, to widen said Avenue to 70 feet. (d) The acquisition of addition~l easements 3t intersec­ tion corners to provide sidewalk returns. 2. All of said acquic1t1ons are to be had at the places and in the particular locations as shown and delineated upon the plans prepared the:i:·efor, and on fl le .in the office or the City Eneineer in the Cl.ty Hall of said City, ret;erence to which is hereby made for full and detailed description thereof and for further f'«.r:'tic1,i.lars. 3. All of aa1d acqu:ts1 tions ehall be had under the super­ vision of the City Engineer of the City of Palo Alto. lL Said contempJ.a ted acqu1s1 tions and improvements and the cost and expense of doing said work and the expenses incidental the:oeto shall be made 1.:hargeable upon the abutting properties in said district benefited thereby. The properties so benefited, and the boundaries thereof, are more particularly shown on the map on file in the of.flee if' the City Engineer of said City> to which reference is hereby made for a more detailed descrip­ tion thereof. 5. Notice is hereby given that serial bonds to represent the unpaid assessments and bear interest at the rate of not to exceed four per cent (4~) per annum, will be issued pursuant to Part 4, Bond Plan C of Article IV of the Palo Alto Improvement Procedure Code, the last in9tallment of which shall mature nine (9) years from the second day of July next succeeding ten months from their da.te. 6. Except as herein otherwise provided for the issuance of bo~ds, all of the above proposed work shall be done in pur­ zuance of the provisions of Article III of said Palo Alto Inprovement Procedure Code.
