HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESO 1917" ······~··· .. --..... _,_ .... ,,.,,.,.,,~ •• -~-·M·' -·h····-·-...................... ,,,,,.,. ............. ----··-,... ..... , ....... , ..... ,, ........ ,,,.,,-,> ... ,,~,, ... ·~· RE.§.Of.UT!ON .!LQ.. l:fil DIRECTING r."..AKING OP AMENDED ASSESSMENT RE CE.RTAIN ASSESSMENTS COWPER STREET, ET AL PROJECT NO. 46-4 RESOLVED, by the City Council of the C1ty of Palo Alto, Santa Clara County, California, that WHEREAS, an assessment and diagram was made and filed with the Clerl< or said City all pursuant to Resolution of Inten­ tion No. 1516 a~opted by the City Council on June 10, 1946, and the provisions of Art:1.cle V or the Palo Alto Improvement Pro­ cedure Code, being Ordinance No. 844 of said City, adopted January 13, 1941 1 and said assessment was cont1rmed by said Council on Junuary 13 11 1947, and recorded in the offlce of the Superintendent of Streets of said City on January 14, 1947; and WHEREAS, a certain lot or parcel of land upon which there is an unpaid assessment against which bonds have been issued under the provisions or Part 4 or Article IV of said Procedure Code, has been divided so that it no longer conforms to the original parcel boundaries as shown on said assessment and in the Auditor's record thereof; NOW, THEREFORE,, IT IS ORrERED, that 1. The City Engineer shall cause to be prepared and filed with the City Clerk a report and amended assessment and diagram of the lot and parcel so divided, said parcel being designated .:\s Assecsment N'...i.mber 752. 2. That the unpaid installments or sa:1d original asseso­ ment shall be segregated and apport:t.oned 1n accordance with the 'benefits to t'he several parts of the orlginal lot or parcel and the total amount or the assessments of the several portions of the orlg1nal lot or parcel shall be equal to the unpaid assessments upon said original lot or parcel of land. * * * * * * * ~ I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution wa:; duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City or Palo Alto.
