CALIFORNIA AVENUE DISTRICT ACQUISITION AND IMPROVEMENTS
PROJECT NO. 48-9 D
RESOLVED, by the Council or the City of Palo Alto, Californi~,
that the ~ollow1ng be and they are hereby approved and ordered
filed 1n the office or the City C!erlc or sald City, and to be re
ferred to in proceedings or Resolution of Intention No. 1721,
adopted July 26, 19~8, for acquisitions and work to be done and
improvements to be made on certain unnamed alleya and pedestrian
lanes, more specifically referred to in said planB which are in
corporated herein by reference, all in said City, to-wit:
l. Plans and apecif1eat1ons for acquisition and improvements
under eaid Res:iution or Intention, as modified.
2. Engineer's esti.mate or the itemized and total estimated
costs and expen~es for the acquisition and improvements under said
Resolution of Intention, as mo~1f1ed.
3. Map or the assessment d1s12t.ct designated "Project
No. 48-9, California Avenue District Aequ1s1t1on and Improvemente"; and
4. Assessment and diagram ror the costs and expenses tor
acq\\1slt1on and improvements under said Resolution or Intention, as modified.
