RES()LUTION AUTHORIZING TREASURER TO SELL BONDS
The Council or the City of Palo Alto DO RESOLVE ae follows:
That W. C. Cobb, City Treasurer, be and he ie hereby
authorized to sell $250,000.00 u. s. Treasury Cert1f1catee or
Indebtedness, it, s~rieo ~a", due October 1, 1949, Which are
being held in lieu or cash, said bonds to be sold at the pre
vailing market price, the funds to be depoa1ted in the City
Treasury.
The above and roregoing reaolut!on waa duly a.nd
~egularly introduc~d and passed at a regular meeting or the
