PIRST SU?PLDEHTAL MEMORAlmUM OP AORE'Dlllf'l' POR
IXPE1tDITURE OP GAS TAX ALLOCATION FOR MAJOR CITY STREETS
WHEREAS, a f1rat supplemental. memorandum ot agreement
has been presented to be entered into with. the State ot Ca.l1rornia
1n accordance with a. p1•oj~ct statement eubm.ttted by the C1ty of
Palo Alto for expenditure or the gae tax allocation to c1t1es
ror th.e 1'1sca.l year 1950., and
WHEREAS, the city council has h~ard read seid agree
ment 1n full and is :f'am.111ar w1th the contents thereof.;
THEREFORE, be 1t resolved by the city council or the
City or Pa.lo .Alto that said project statement be and 1t 1a hereby
adopted .!\8 the b\tdget or propoaed e.xpendi tu.res or the gas tax
allocatj.on to c1t1es, and sa1.d agreement be and the same 1s here
by approved and the mayor and the city clerk are directed to sign
the same on behalf ot said C1ty, sa1d agreement to b~ binding upon
the City upon !ts execution by the authorized off"1c1ala o.r the
State.
