RKSOLVKD, by the C1ty Council of the City of Palo Alto,
Santa Clara County, Cal1torn1a, that
WHEREAS, an a.aaeaament and diagram waa made and filed
with the Clerk or aa1d City all pursuant to Resolution or Inten
tion Mo. 1620 adopted by the City Council on October 13, 1947,
a.nd the prov1a1ona of Article V ot the Palo Alto Improveaent
Procedure Codel being Ordinance No. 84~ or said City, adopted
January 13, 1941, and aa1d aaa~ssment was confirmed by aa1d
Co•.mcil on Ja.nuary 12, 1948, and recorded in the orr1ce or the
Superintendent of Streets ot said City on January 13, 1948; and
WHEREAS, certain lots or parcels or l&nd upon which
there az•e unpaid assessments aga1nat which bonda have been 1aeuf'd
unde~ the prov1e1ona ot Part ~ ot Article r:v ot said Procedure
Code, hav~ been divided so that they no longer conform to the
original parcel boundaries as shown on said a8eeasment and in the
Aud1tor 1 8 re~ord thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, th.at
1. The Cit7 Engineer shall cause to be prepared and
f1l~d 1dth the City Clerk a report and amend~d assessment and
diagram or the lots and parcels so d1v1ded, said parcels being
designated aa Aaaesament lumbers SOA and 50B.
2. That the unpaid inatallmenta ot said original asseas
JRenta shall be segregated and apportioned in accordance with the
benetite to the several parts of the original lots or parcels and
the total amount or the asaeasmenta or the several portiona or
the original lot~ or parcels shall be equal to the unpaid assess
ments upon said original lote or parcels of land.

I hereby certify that the torego1ng resolution was duly
and regularly adopted by the City CoW'1c11 or the City or Palo Alto,
Ca11tornia, at a meeting thereor held on the 12th day ot September,
1949, by the following vote:
AYES, and 1n favor thereof, Councilmen: Bentrott, Blois, Bolander,
Bowden, Cashel, Cathcart, Freedman, Gaspar, Hill, tinder,
