RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City ot Palo Alto,
Santa Clara County, Cal1torn1a, that
WHEREAS, an asc~aaaent and diagram was made and tiled
with the Clerk or aa1d CitJ all pursuant to Resolution ot Inten
tion No. 1516 adopted by the C1ty Council on June 10, 19JHS, a.nd
the prov1ai~ne ot Art1ele V of the Palo Alto Improvement Pro
cedure Code, being Ordinance Ko. 84-ot aaid City, adopted
January 13, 1941, and said asaeaament was conf11"1D.ed by aa1d
Council on January 13, 1947, and recorded in the ott1ce ot the
Superintendent ot Streets or said City on January 1-, 1947; and
WHEREAS, certain lots or parce)a ot land upon which
there are unpaid aaaesamenta against which bonds have been issued
under the prov1s1one or Part 4 or Article IV of ea1d Procedure
Code, have been divided so that they no longer conform to the
original parcel boundaries aa shown on said a119aament and 1n the
Auditor's record thereof;
NOW, 'mEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that
l. The City Engineer shall cause to be prepared and
filed with the C1ty Clerk a report and amended aaseaanaent and
d1agra.m or the lots and parcels ao divided,, aa:td parcels being
designated aa Assessment Numbers 419, 420, 421, 422, 718, 719,
728, 729, 730 and 731.
2. That the unpaid installments of' sa1"1 or1g1nal assess
ments shall be segregated and apportioned 1n accordance with the
benefits to the several parts of. the original lots or parcels and
the total amount or the aaaeasments ot the several port1one ot
the original lots or parcels shall be equal to the unpaid assess
ments upon said original lots or parcels of land.

and regula~ly adopted by the City Council of the City of Palo
Alto, California, at a me~t1ng thereor held on the 12th day or
September, 1949, by the rollow1ng vot~:
