RESOLVED, by the City Council ot the City of Palo Alto,
Santa Clara Councy, Cal1torn1a, that
WHEREAS~ an asaessaent and diagram was made and filed
with the Clerk ot aa1d City all purauant to Re1olution of Inten
tion Ko. 1516 adopted by the Cit7 Council on June 10, 1946, and
the prov1a1ona of Article V of the Palo Alto Illproveaent Proce
dure Code, being Ordinance Ito. 84.-, ot sa1d City, adopted
January 13~ 1941, and said aaaeaament was confirmed by said
Ccunc11 on January 13. 19.tf.7, &r•d recorded in the otrlce of
Superint&ndent ot Str•ete of said City on January 14, 1947; and

WHEREAS, certain lote or parcels or land upon which
there are unpaid a.aaessmente against which bonds have been 1aaued
und9r the prov1s1one or Part 4 ot Article IV ot said Procedure
Code, have been divided ao that they no longer contora to the
original parcel boundaries aa shown on said aaaeoament and 1n
the Aud1tor•·s record thereof;
MOW, THEREFORE., IT I.S ORDERED that
1. The City Engineer shall cauae to be prepared and
filed with the City Clerk a report and amended aa1esement and
d1agram or the lots and parcel• ao divided, aa1d parcels being
dea1gnated aa Asaeaament Number 747, 748 and 749.
2. That the unpaid 1natallments ot aaid or1g1nAl aaaes~
me~t shall be segregated &nd apportioned 1n accordanc~ with the
b~net1te to tho aeveral parts ot the or1g1nal lot or parcel and
the total &ll'.ount ot tho aaaeaamenta of the several portions of'
the original lot or parcel ellall be equal to the unpa.1.d ae11eea
ments upon aa1d original lot or parcel ot land.
