RESOLVED, by the City Council ol the City of Palo 'Alt~ .. Santa Clara County, Caltrorn1a, that
WHEREAS, an aeseesment and diagram was made and tiled
with the Clerk of said City all pursuant to Resolution or Inten
tion Ho. 1511 adopted by the City Council on June 10, 19~, and
the provisions of Article V of the Palo Alto Improvement Proce
dure Code, being Ordinance Ko. 844 or said City, adopted January
13, 1941, and said asaesament waa confirmed by na1d Council on
March 10, 1947~ and recorded in the oft1ce ot the Superintendent
of Streets or se.1d City on .March ll, 1947; and
WHEREAS, a certain lot or parcel of land upon which
there is an unpaid asueesment against which bonds have been
iBSUf.ild upon the provisions or Part 4 or AJ"t1cle~ IV or aa1d :?'roee

Auditor's record thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that
l. The City Engineer shall cause to be prepared and
filed with the City Clerk a report and amended aaeeaement and
diagram or the lot and parcel so d1v1dedj said parcel being de
signated as Aaoeaament Number 26.
2. That the unpaid installments or aa1d original aaeeas
ment shall be segregated tlnd apportioned in accordance with the
benetite to the several pa~·ta of tlle original lot ""r parcel and
the total 111mount ot the &&$e&81lenta ot the several portions ot
the original lot or parcel ahall be equal to the Wlpa1d aaaeaa
m8nts upon said original lot or parcel or land.

I hereby certify that the foregoing reaolut1on was duly
and regularly adopted by the City Council or the City or Palo
Alto, Cal1torn1a, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 12th
day or September, 1949, by the following vote:
