PROJECT XO. 40-2 RESOLVED, b7 the City Council ot the City ot Palo Alto, Santa Clara County, Cal1torn1a, that WHEREAS, an a1aeaament and d1agraa wae ade and tiled with tho Clerk ot aaid City all pursuant to Resolution ot Inten­ tion We. 1511 adopted by the C1ty Council on June 10, 1946, and the provisions ot Article V of the Palo Alto Improyeaent Pro­ cedure Code, being Ordinance Ko. 8--ot 1a14 City, adopted J·anuary 13, 1941, and aa1d ••••••aent waa cont1raed by aa1d Council on March 10, 19•7, and recorded in the ott1ce ot the Superintendent ot Street~ ot aa1d City on March 11, 1947; and WHER.'EA.S, a certain lot or parcel of land upon which there 11 an unpaid aaaeaaJDent againat which bonda have been 1aaued under the prov1e1on1 ot P&l"t 4 ot Article IV ot aa1d Procedure Code, ha• been divided so that it no longer contoraa to the or1g1nal parcel boundaries as shown on said as•••• .. nt and 1n the Auditor's record thereof; NOW, THXREPORE, IT IS ORDERED that l.. The C1tv Engineer ahall cause to be prepared and tiled with the C1ty Clerk a report and amended aaaessment and diagram ot the lot and parcel 10 d1v1ded, said parcel being deaignated as Assessment Kwnber 31. 2.
