WHEREAS, this Council on June 9-19-7 adopted Resolution
ot Intention No. 1593 tor the aequ1a1t1on and 1.mprcTeaent or cer
tain atreeta deecribed thei:•ein;
WHEREAS, pursuant to Reaolut1on Mo. 1853 or th1a Council
ordering aaae, notice haa been duly given of the determination or
thie Council to establish tho amount or cmapenaat1on to be awarded
as.1<1 City tor easement• taken in City-owned land tor atreet w1den-
1ng and to transfer said amount from said aaaeaament proJect funds
to City tunda;
WHEREAS, aa directed in said Resolution Ko. 1853, notice
haa been given in the time, rorm and manner provided by law, and
this 1& the t1:ne and place s•t for hearing thereof;
WHEREA.S, no person• 1ntereated appeared or tiled written
proteata aga1nat aa1~ proceed1nga or a part thereof, and all per
aona interested desiring to be h~a.rd were given an opportunity to
be heard and all matter~ and thinga perta1n1ng to said compensa
tion to be awarded said City were fully heard and considered by
th1a Council.
NOW, THEREPORE, IT IS ORDERED~ ao tollows:
l. That the compeneat1on to be award~d s&1d City tor the
eaaementa to be taken~ as more .t"ully deocrlbed 1n .Exhibit "A" to
Reaolutlon No. 1853, is established at $10~145.00.
2. That said au~ of $10,145.00 be transferred 1n the
accounts or the City Auditor trom said assessment proJeot fund
to City tunds.
