WHEREAS, an aeseasment and d1agra:J was made and tiled
with the Clerk of aa.1d City &11 pursuant to Resolution or Inten
tion Wo. !516 adopted by the City Council on June 10, 1946, and
thd! prov1a1one of Article V or the Palo Alto Improvement Pro

January 13, i9Jn, and aa1d asaeeaaent was eonttrmed by said
Council on January 13, 19.li7, and recorded 1n the ott3.ce or Super .•
1ntendent or Streets or sa1d City on January 14, 1947; and

under the prov1a1ona or Part 4 of Article IV ot aa1d Procedure
Code, have been d1v1ded so that they no longer conform to the
or1g1nal parcel boundaries as shown on aaid aaaessment and in th1~
A~ditor's record thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE., IT IS ORDERED THAT
1. The C1ty '.Engineer shall cause to be prepared and
til~d with the City Clerk a report and amended aaseeement a.~d
diagram or the lot and parcel so divided, said parcel being des-.
1gnated as Assessment Number 188.
2. That the unpa1d 1natallments or said original
assessment shall be segrega.ted and app('rt!oned in accordance witb
the benefits to the sevP.ral parts or the original lot or parcel
and the total amount of the aaaeaaments ot the eeveral portion& or the original lot or parcel shall be equal to the unpaid asses~
mente upon said original lot or parcel or land.
