RESOLVED, by the 1:!1ty Council of the City of Palo .• lto,
Santa Clara County, Cal1forn1a, that
WHEREAS, an aase~~ament and dlagram was made and flled
with the Clerk of said C1ty all pursuant to Resolution or
Intention N0. 1516 adopted by the C1ty Council on June 10,. 1946,
arid tiie provisions of Article V or th'! Palo Al to ImprovemEmt
P!"ocedure Codel. being Ordinance No. 844 of said City, adopted
Je.nuary 13, 19q.l, and said asses&ment was confirmed by said Council
on January 13, 1947, and recorded 1n the office or Superintendent
of Streets of ea.id City on January 14., 1947; and
WHEREAS, certain lots or parcels 01' land upon wh1cn there
are unpaid assessments aga1n13t which bonds have been issued under
the provi81ons of Part 4 of Article IV of sa1d Procedure Code,
have been divided so that they no lcnger conform to the original
parcel bound~r1es as shown on said assessment and in the Aud1tor•s
record the::-eof;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDF.RED that
1. The City Eng1ne1~r shall cause to be prepared and
filed w1th the ~1ty Clerk a report and amended assessment and
diagram of the lots and parc~ls so divided, said parcel being
designated as Assessment Number 793-B.
2. That the unpaid installments of said original assess
ment shall be aegregated and apportioned in accordance with the
benefl ts to th~ several parts of the orig1. nal lot or parcel and
the total amount of the assessments of the several portior1s of the
original lot or parcel !3hall be equal to the unpaid assese,menta
upon said origlnal lot or parcel of land.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution w".'·s duly
and regularly adopted by the City Council or the City or Palo Alto,
California, at a regula.r meeting thereof helct on the 14th day or
February, 1949, by the following vote:
