1. That the public convenience and necessity require
the acquis1t1oil8 described in said RP.solution of 7rel1m1.nary Deter
mination;
2. That any ar~ all objections aIX! protests ma.de pur
suant to said Resolution of P~el.m1.nary Determination be, and the
same are hereby, overruled ant.3 Cleniej;
3. That the acquisitions described in sa1CI Resolution
be made WXJer aoo pursuant to the provisions of the Palo Altolm
provement Procedure COde more particularly referred to 1n said
Res olut1on, and that the Special Assessment Invest.tgation, Limita
tion anc5 Majoritr Protest Act of 1931 shall not apply to said pro·
ceed1nge.
