adopt it• Resolution of Inten~ion 10. 1593 relating to certs.in

said City under and purauant to the provisions or Article v lur
Ordinance No. 844 or said City, ad opted Janual'J' 13, 1941, et~t1 tled
•Palo Alto Improvement Procedur1' Code", and d1d therein prov~lde
that aerial bonds would be issued thereunder pursuant to the 1
prov1a1ona or Part 4, Bond Plan C ot Article IV or said Code 1 ,
reference to said Resolution or Intention being hereby eJCpre·esl1
made tor .further particulars;
'WHEREAS, on December 14, 1948, the Sup~r1ntendent or
Streets ot 1a1d City or Palo Alto filed vith the Clerk or aa1d
City a complete l1et of all a1seaaments unpaid thereunder upon
the respective assessment and diagram nwabera thereon, vhereupon
said Clerk gave notice or the filing of said list a.BJ fixed 1n
said notice Mondayp the 10th day of January, 1949, at ·~e ho~ of
7:30 o•clock ?. M., as the time vhen int~:reated peraona might
appear before the C!t7 Council or aaid City. at the regular i
meeting place of said Council in the Cit7 Hall in aaid CitJ,i and
