RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
APPROVING THE FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP OF TRACT NO . 4612

WHEREAS, a subdivision map designated as T ract No. 4612,
Condominium Subdivision Grant Av enu e Apartments, bei ng all of
Lo ts 4, 5, 4 6 and the no rtheasterly 40 feet of L ot 3, of
Bloc k 1, Map of Addition to the Town of Mayfield by W. Hawxh urst
Esquire, Book B, Page 642 lying within the City of P alo Alto,
California, pre pared by G eorge S. Nolte Con sulting Civil
Engine er s, Inc. , dated August, 196e, r eceiv ed by the Depart-
ment of Engineering, City of Palo Alt o, Oct ober 21, 1968, has
bee n submitte d to the City for its appr oval pursuant to Busi-
ness and Pro fessions Code Section 11004; and
WHEREAS, the Plan nin g Commission of the City of Palo Alto.
at its meeting held Novembe r 20, 1968 app rov ed s aid subdivision
map a nd has rec ommended that it be approved by this Council .
NOW, T HEREFOR E, the Council of the City of Palo Alto
