A and shoan,on the map :'ark ed- EXHIBIT B' both of which ex hibits ar e attached her eto and by r ef erence made a part her eof; and WHEREAS, pu rsuant to sa id r esolution a public hearing was duly notic ed and held on November 25, 1968; and WHEREAS, fr om all the eviden ce submitted the City C ouncil of the City of Palo Alto finds that sa id portion of Vista Av enue is unnece ssar y for pre se nt or pro spective stree t purposes; and WHEREAS, the City Co uncil ha s de termine d that the public convenie nc e and necessity re quir e that there by expressly r ese rve d and ex cepte d fro m said vaca tion the easements herein- a fter des cr ibe d. NOW, THEREFORE, the Council cf the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as fo llows: Tha t: the pro perty de scribed in EXHIBITS A a nd -B a ttached her eto is he reby vac ated subject to the reservation and exception from said vac atio n of eas ements in, o n, ove r, ac ro ss and uLd7r the entire area of said str eet for the pur pose of c onstr uc ting, reconstruc ting, ma intaining, o perating, replacing,: removing a nd enlarging sanitary se wer s and public utilitie s.
