RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
APPROVING THE FINAL MAP OF TRACT NO . 4346, COUNTRY
CLUB WEST UNIT NO . 1
The Council of the City of Pal o Alt o d oes RESOLVE as fol-
lows:
That the map of Tract No. 4346, Count ry Club West, Unit
No. 1, be ing a subdivision of a po rtion of the R ancho El C orte
Madera pr epared by Clegg & Foulk, Civil Engineers, dated
Fe br uary, 1968, be and the sam e is hereby appr oved, subject to
the subdivider's co mpliance with the conditions s et fo rth in
Engineering Bulletin 68-30 dated Octob er 21, 1968; and
That the Fina l M ap sha ll not be recorded until the sub-
divider has co mplie d with those conditions to the s atisfa cti on
of the City Enginee r of the City of Palo Alto;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all streets and po rtio ns of
streets shown upo n said map within sa id subdiv ision be and the
sa me are here by acce pted as dedica ted fo r public use, subje ct
to the impr ove ment of said stree ts in acc ordance with standards
established by the City Co uncil a nd City Engineer ;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, tha t public use eas eme nts for
public utilities, sa nitar y sewer s or storm draina ge ea semen ts,
unde r, on or over the strips of la nd as shown upon said ma p
within said subdivision' be a nd the same a re her eby accepted as
dedicated for public u se, su ch ea seme nts to be kept open
and free from bu ildings and structures of any kind exc ept utility
co mpany structu res and la wful fences, irrigatio n and sprinkling
systems and appurtenance s incidental thereto ; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that slope easements shown upon
said map within sa id subdivision be and the same are hereby
•
accepted as dedicated for p ublic use for the purpose of
maintaining r oadway cut and fill slope.
