A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO MAKE
CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS
MISCELLANEOUS STREETS
PROJECT NO . 67-3
RESOLVED, by the Co uncil of the City of Palo Alto, Califor nia,
tha t the pu blic interest, convenience and necessity require, and
that it is the in tention of said Council to make changes and modifica-
tions in the assessment filed p ursuant to Res ol ution of Preliminary
Determination and of In tention No. 4122, adopted by this Co uncil on
May 6, 1968, by in creasing the total amo unt of the assess me nt f rom
$577,122.47 to $613,438.41 and by apportioning and distribu-
ting sa id assessm ent as in crease d accordi ng to benefits . The Engineer
shall make said changeA_either on the face of the assessment or by

NOTICE IS NEi(EHY GIV EN that Monday, the 1601 day of December,
1968 at the ho ur of 7:30 o'clo ck P.M. in the regu lar meeting place
of said Council, Council Chambers,_City Hall, Pa lo Alto, C alif ornia,
a re hereby fixed as the time and place when and where said Council
will consider the matter of ma king said changes an d m odifications
and hear ing a ll prote sts and per son s interes ted therein .
The City Cle rk of said City shall cause a co py of this resolu-
tio n to be publishe d once in the Palo Alto Times, a newspaper of
gen eral circulation published in said City an d the pa per in which
the Notice of Impro vement under said Resolution of Prelimin ary Deter-
mination a nd Inte ntio n was publishe d, and to be mailed to all pro p-
er ty owners where assessments a re in creased, said publication to be
at least ten da ys before said da y of hea rin g, a nd sa id mailing to
be at least 20 days prior to said he aring date.
