RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF TU. CITY OF PALO ALTO
SITTING AS A BOARD OF EQUALIZATION OF THE CITY OF
PALO ALTO, EQUALIZING THE ASSESSMENTS OF PROPERTY
ON THE LOCAL ROLL
The Cou ncil of the City of P alo Alt o, sitting as a Bo ard
of Equ alization, finds th at:
(a ) Pursuant to Secti on 2 .28 .190 of the Pal o Alto Municipal
Code, the Council did convene as a B oard of Equalization of the
City of Palo Alto on the fourth Monday of J uly, at which tim e
the Board contin ued said hearing to August 26, 1968 fo r the
purpose of hearing any applic ations for r edu ction of ass essment
that might be filed.
(b) On this date the continued hea ring was h eld a nd no
applic ants for r edu ction of asses sme nt appeared and no testim ony
was pre sented.
(c) The full ca sh v alue as s hown by the City Assessor on
the loca l ro ll for fisca l year 1968-1969 for eac h parcel of
property has been correctly e ntere d on sa id roll.
(d) The ratio of a ssessed valu e to fu ll cash value, as
applie d by the City Asse ssor fo r the purpose of assessing said
prope rty on the loca l roll for the ye ar 1968-1969 ha s been cor -
re ctly applied and the ass essments are just an d e quita ble.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto ,
sitting as a Board of Equalization, does RESOLVE as follo ws:
SECTION 1. That the loca l roll pre pare d by the City
Assessor, a summar y of whic h is atta ched hereto marked EXHIBIT A,
shall be the Assessmen t Roll u pon whic h eac h and ever y tax upon

real prop erty is to be levied fo r the fiscal yea r 1968-x.969.
