A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ENGINEER'S REPORT AND ASSESSMENT ROLL
CALIFORNIA AVENUE AREA
PARKING PROJECT NO. 65-9
RESOLVED, by the C ouncil of the City of Palo Alto, C alifo rnia,
tha t
WHEREAS, after proceedi ngs to that e nd duly had a nd taken pursuant
to the Palo Alto Municipal Code, a p ublic hearing has b ee n duly held on
the Engin eer's Report and assessment roll prepared for the fiscal year
1968-69 to pay the principal and inte rest on bonds issued pu rsuant to
Resolution of Inten tion No. 3950, adopt ed by th e Council of the City
of Palo Alto on Jan uary 3, 1967;
WHEREAS, this Council has he ard all persons having an i nte rest in
an y real proper ty within the pa rking a ssessment district; has hea rd
all objections, pr otests or other written communications f rom any
persons interested in the rea l prope rty within said dist rict; has
taken and r eceive d ora l an d do cumentar y e vidence pertaining to the
matters con tain ed in said report, ha s remedied and corrected a ny
error s or informa lities in the r eport and revised a nd cor rected any
of the acts or determin ation s of the var ious City officials as con-
ta ine d ther ein; an d is fully informed in the pr emises;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follo ws:
1. That sa id Engin eer's Repo rt and a ssessme nt ro ll, and each
of the asse ssmen ts ther ein as duly r evise d a nd cor rected, is he reby
approved and confir med.
2. That sa id report toge ther w ith the certificate of the City
Cler k as to the fa ct a nd da te of the approval by this Council sha ll
forthwith be delivered to the City Con tro ller, and the City Con tr oller
sha ll post to the ta x r olls in a column provided therefo r, the a mo unt
of each of the assessments proposed to be le vied and collected for
sa id fiscal year as set forth in said report as co nfirmed.
