RESOLUTION NO. 4150
A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ENGINEER'S REPORT AND ASSESSMENT ROLL
UNIVERSITY AVENUE DISTRICT CIVIC CENTER
OFF-STREET PARKING PROJECT NO. 66-8
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Pal o Alto, Califor nia,
that
WHEREAS, after proceedi ngs to that e nd duly had and take n pursu ant
to the Palo Alto Municipal Code, a public hea ring has been duly held on
the Engineer's Report an d assessme nt r oll prepared f or the fiscal y ear
1968-69 to pay the prin cipal and interest on bonds issued pursua nt to
Resolutio n of Intention No. 3896, adopted by the C ouncil of the City
of Palo Alto on June 13, 1966;
WHEREAS, this Council has he ard all persons having an interest in
any real proper ty within the par king assessment district; has he ard
a ll objections, protests or othe r writte n communications from any per-
sons intere sted in the real property within sa id district; has taken
and rece ived oral and docume ntary evidence pertaining to the matters
contained in said re port; has r eme died an d co rre cted any errors or
infor ma litie s in the re po rt :and revised an d cor re cted any of the acts
or determina tions of the v ar io us City officials as contained therein;
a nd is fu lly in fo rmed in the pre mises;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That sa id Engine er's Report and a ssessment roll, and ea ch
of the assessments therein as duly revise d and corr ecte d, is hereby
approved and confirmed.
2. That said repor t toge ther with the cer tificate of the City
Cler k as to the fa ct and date of the a pproval by this Council, shall
forthwith be delivered to the City Controller, and the City Contro ller
shall po st to the ta x ro lls in a co lumn pro vided therefor, the amount
of each of the a ssessments pro posed to be lev ied and collecte d fo r
sa id fiscal year as set forth in sa id report as con fir me d.
I hereby certify th at the foregoing is a full, true a nd
co rrect copy of a res oluti on d uly passed and adopted by the
Council of the City of Palo Alto, Californi a, at a meeti ng
thereof held on the 12th d ay of August , 1968
by the followi ng vote of the me mbers thereof:
