RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
EXPRESSING APPRECIATION TO RAY HOBDEN UPON HIS
RETIREMENT
WHEREAS, RAY HOBDEN, has served the City of ?al o Alto
since 1945 as a full time empl oyee with the Animal Shelter,
being promo ted to Poundmaster in 1954; and
WHEREAS, RAY HOBDEN, h as ser ved this community in his
ca pacity as a member of the Palo Alt o Humane Society.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that th e Council of the
City of Palo Alto hereby gratefully rec ords the appreciation
of the membe rs of this Council as well as the app reciation of
the citizens of this commu nity for the long and f aithful service
of RAY HOBDEN to the City of Palo Alto and extend to him their
good wishes for a long and happy retirement.
