RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
DESCRIBING EASEMENT SURPLUS TO CITY'S NEEDS AND
AUTHORIZING MAYOR TO QUITCLAIM PROPERTY TO PERSON(S)
ENTITLED THERETO
The Council of th e City of Pal o Alto does RESOLVE as f ol-
lows:
SECTION 1. That the followi ng describ ed easement is surpl us
to the City's needs and should be abandon ed:
BEGINNING at the point of intersecti on of the n orth-
ea ster ly line of Middl efield Road (86 f eet wide)
with the northwesterly line of th at certain pa rcel
of la nd described as Parcel O ne in that ce rtain deed
from Ronald Williams et al. to W. M. Brophy, et al.
re co rde d September 10, 1965 in Bo ok 7099 of 0fficial
Recor ds at pa ge 233, Re cords of Santa Cl ara County,
California ; thence N. 30°27' E. along said no rthwftterly
line 159. 66 feet to the most northerly corner of said
Parcel 0ne; thence S. 71° 55'50" E. al ong th e north-
easterly line of said Parcel 0ne 267 .90 feet, to a
po int on the nor thwesterly line of S an Antoni o Avenue
(104 feet wide); thence S. 18° 21'10" W. along said
last na med line 5.00 feet; the nce N. 71°55'50 W.
para llel to the nor theasterly line of said Par cel One
263.88 feet; the nce S. 30°27' W. parallel to th e
no rthwesterly line of said Parce l One 155.64 feet,.
more or less, to a point on said no rthea sterly line
of ciddlefield Ro ad; thence N. 57°44'20" W. along

beginning, being a portio n of that certain public
utilities easement gra nted to the City of Palo
Alto by Harold D. Cutler by deed recor de d June 7,
1955 in Book 3192 of Official Recor ds at page 52
rec ords of said Cou nty.
SECTION 2. Tha t the Ma yor and the City Clerk are a uthor ized
a nd dir ected to execute and deliver a Quitclaim Deed to said
property to "the person or per sons legally entitled there to ".
