RESOLUTION N. 4140
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF BONDS BY CITY
GREEN ACRES II UNDERGROUND UTILITIES CONVERSION
PROJECT NO. 66-6
RESOLVED, by the C ouncil of the City of P al o Alt o, Califor nia,
that
WHEREAS, in the opinion of this Council, the public inte rest and
economy will be served th rough the purch as e by the City of bonds to
represent unpaid assessments levied pursuant to Resolution No. 4067.
of Preliminary De termina tion and of Intention adopted Janu ary 22,
1968
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERRED, as f oll ows:
1. That the bonds in the amount of $#1,288.00, to be issued
pursuant to said Resolution of Preliminary Determinati on and of
Intentio n, be , an d they are here by, o rdered sold to the City of Palo
Alto for the par amou nt thereo f w ith accrued interest to the date of
de livery, sa id bonds to bea r inte rest at the ra te of five and fifty-
five oie hundredths percent (5.55%) per annum.
2. That said bonds be printed forthwith and upon their
delivery to the City, the prin cipal am ount of said bonds be tr ans-
ferre d to the Construction Fond for , said pro ject, and that said
bonds be retaine d by the City Treasurer for the account of the City.
