RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
EXPRESSING APPRECIATION TO SETH McKENNA UPON HIS
RETIREMENT
WHEREAS, SETH McKENNA will retire on J uly 1, 1968 as Chief
Pu blic Wo rks Inspector from the City of P alo Alto afte r nea rly.
twenty-three years of service.
WHEREAS, SETH McKENNA : .has g ained the respect and admi ration
of tho se who wor ke d with him fo r his knowledge and fair ness in
carrying out his duties as Chi ef Inspector.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City
of Pa lo Alto her eby gra tefully records the appreci ation of the
mer e of this Council as well as the appr eciatio n of the
citizens of this commu nity for the long and f aithful servi ce
of SETH MCKENNA to the City of Palo Alto and extends to him
their goo d wishes for a lo ng and ha ppy r etirement.
