A RESOLUTION APPROVING CONDITIONS OF CONSENT
OF THE COUNTY OF SANTA CLARA
MISCELLANEOUS STREET IMPROVEMENTS
PROJECT NO. 67-3
RESOLVED, by the C ouncil of the City of Palo Alto, California, th at
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resoluti on No . 4099 Requesting C onse nt, adopted
March 18, 1968, the Bo ard of Supervisors of the County of Santa Cla ra has
gr ante d to this City its consent f or the c onstructi on of impro vements in
County streets, w hich con sent was made subj ect to certain terms and con-
ditio ns more pa rticularly set forth ir. Res ol utio n Gr anting Consent,
adopted by the Board of Supervisors on April 29, 1968;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That the permission granted by the Co unty of S anta Clara in
said Resolution is hereby accepted, an d the City he reby agrees and
covenants to be bo und by all the terms and con ditions there of.
2. That the Ma yor a nd City Clerk of this City are he reby author-
ize d to e xecute the accepta nce for m at the end of sa id County R es olution
and to r eturn an e xecute d copy thereo f to the Co unty of Santa Clara.
